GENERAL

AT IIKANJI, WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE HIGH QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS, SO YOU CAN FEEL CONFIDENT THAT YOUR PURCHASE IS COVERED BY OUR 6 MONTH WARRANTY.

TO CLAIM WARRANTY ON AN ITEM, YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR ONLINE ORDER DETAILS FROM WHICH THE GARMENT WAS PURCHASED. 

IIKANJI WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS IS 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, WHEN PURCHASED FROM IIKANJI OR AN AUTHORIZED IIKANJI RETAIL PARTNER. IF PURCHASED FROM A IIKANJI AUTHORIZED RETAIL PARTNER, PLEASE CONTACT THE PARTNER TO MAKE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM.

WHERE ALLOWED BY LAW, THE IIKANJI WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS, INCLUDING UNAUTHORIZED INTERNET SITES.

CLOTHING

MAJOR FAULT

A MAJOR FAULT IS A FAULT THAT AFFECTS THE PERFORMANCE AND FUNCTION OF THE GARMENT. OUR 6 MONTH WARRANTY COVERS ALL MAJOR FAULTS, SUCH AS SEAMS TEARING, FABRIC FAULTS RESULTING IN PRODUCT FAILURE. 

YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY IF THEY ARE AFFECTED BY ANY OF THE REASONS LISTED BELOW

  1. DISCOLOURATION
  2. DAMAGE DUE TO CARE INSTRUCTIONS NOT BEING FOLLOWED
  3. RIPS IN FABRIC
  4. GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR
  5. DAMAGE DUE TO CONTACT WITH ABRASIVE SURFACES


WARRANTY PROCESS
 

TO INITIATE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@IIKANJI.COM

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PHOTOS OF THE ITEM. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO US. IF RETURN IS REQUIRED, IIKANJI WILL COVER ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS OF YOUR ITEM AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHIPPING LABEL TO SEND YOUR ITEM.

UPON RECEIVING YOUR PHOTOS AND/OR ITEM, YOUR ITEM WILL BE ASSESSED BY OUR TEAM. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT CLAIMED DAMAGES TO ITEMS AND DECIDE ON THE OUTCOME AND CAUSE OF DAMAGE.
