  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Standard processing time: 1-3 Business days (orders placed after 10:00 Am AEST may process the next business day.
  • processing times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

  • All international orders ship via Standard economy air.
  • Shipping method cannot be changed after checkout
  • Please allow 4-5 business days for processing before dispatch

How to file a claim:

  1. Open your Route confirmation email
  2. Click "Resolve an Issue"
  3. entre your ID and email address
  4. Select the issue type (lost, stolen, or damaged
  5. Add a short description
  6. Submit the claim
